Skedulle Academy (SA) provides products and services offered by the entity registered as SKEDULLE ACADEMY.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our website, apps and other products and services. Given that some of our services may be in software format, by using our services you agree to the possibility of automatic updates of that software, which are also safe to these terms.

We recommend a careful reading of these terms and remain available to answer questions, provide information or deal with complaints.

By using our site or other services, you agree to abide by these terms.

Use of Our Services
Any violation of our Terms, as well as relevant laws or policies, may lead to the suspension, deactivation or termination of your access to all or part of our services.

When creating a Skedulle Academy account and using its features, you must provide accurate and complete information and commit to updating it so that it remains accurate and complete.

Our License to You

Subject to the terms and conditions herein, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services. These rights apply only to your personal, non-commercial use unless you have our written permission. You also undertake to create, access and/or use only one user account, except as expressly permitted by Skedulle Academy, and not to share access or information therewith with third parties. Using our services does not grant you any intellectual property rights over our services or the content you access.

Commercial Use

Any use of our services for commercial purposes is prohibited. If commercial use is desired, this must be governed by a separate agreement with Skedulle Academy.

Content
Our Content

Skedulle Academy offers courses and educational content. Although we try to offer the best experience possible, unforeseen circumstances may occur. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or change any content, as well as adjust the score or weight of reviews.

your content

Our services allow you to share your own content, such as assessments and learnings. You retain intellectual property rights to your content and are responsible for what you create and share.

User Content does not include course content or other materials provided by Skedulle Academy.

Comments

We welcome your suggestions, ideas, comments and other contributions about our services. By providing feedback, we authorize the use without restrictions or obligations of compensation to you.

Access to Content / Delivery
For the acquisition of Digital Products:

Access to course content and assessments is available immediately upon successful payment through our website or app.

For the acquisition of financial products

Products such as printed course materials or certificates will be shipped to you via your chosen delivery method. Delivery times vary depending on the provider. Any delays are beyond our control, however we make efforts to communicate expected lead times during the ordering process.

Security
We pay attention to the security of our users. While we implement safeguards to protect the security of your accounts and information, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to circumvent these measures. In the event of compromise or unauthorized use of your account, we ask that you notify us immediately.

Payments
Skedulle Academy offers paid services (such as courses, certificates, memberships, gift cards) for a fee. Unless otherwise noted, fees are quoted in local currency. You are responsible for making timely payments using the payment method associated with the purchased service. If payment fails or your account is in default, we may charge fees using other billing methods.

Prices

Prices may vary based on your location and other factors. Skedulle Academy reserves the right to modify fees at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately after their publication in the relevant services. Possible refunds for paid services are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy terms below.

Payment options

Payment for services can be made in one lump sum or through a six-month payment plan.

Payment Plans

When opting for the payment plan to purchase a course, Skedulle Academy requires an initial payment at the time of purchase, followed by equal, fixed installments over six months.
Payments will be processed automatically monthly until the plan is terminated.

If the payment card expires or an unauthorized payment is made, charge attempts will be made up to three times. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the course will be placed in "Waiting" mode on your Learning Platform and will be inaccessible until the payment issue is resolved. All course progress will be preserved. Once the payment issue is resolved, the course will come out of standby mode.

Refunds and Returns
Eligible purchases can be traded in for another course of equal or lesser value, or refunded, within 14 days of purchase.

Audio Courses and Courses
exchanges

We aim to provide the best educational experience possible. If the purchased course does not meet your expectations, eligible purchases can be exchanged for another course of equal or lesser value, provided that within 14 days of purchase.
Reimbursement

In the event that the exchange is not feasible, you are entitled to a refund, which will be credited back to the payment method used, provided you agree with our 14-day refund policy.

Please allow up to 30 days for the amount to be refunded to your account. Your legal rights will not be affected. Refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase. Access to the course will be disabled and removed.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to determine eligibility for refund/exchange or denial of claims in cases of possible abuse, including, but not limited to:

Significant course consumption or study prior to requesting a refund.
Multiple refund transactions for the same course.
Excessive refund requests.
Students with blocked account or restricted access due to the protection of our terms.
Refunds through third parties
Skedulle Academy Online is not responsible for refunds for purchases made through third parties; these cases must follow the policies of the organization through which the purchase was made.

Printed Materials and Certificates
All return or cancellation violations must be made in writing within 14 days of order collection.

Upon request, our team will confirm the refund process.

You are responsible for returning products to Skedulle Academy at your own risk, unless the products are found to be defective.

Therefore, we recommend obtaining proof of postage from the Post Office or using a recorded delivery service.

Items returned without prior authorization from the customer service team will not be processed for a refund.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for refunds for items that do not arrive at Skedulle Academy or that arrive damaged, including due to damage in transit.

Skedulle Grow Association
Skedulle Academy offers an annual membership plan. Membership offers the user benefits described on the "Skedulle Grow" page and may change in Skedulle Academy titles. Membership is not transferable.

Skedulle Association Plans

Membership plans automatically renew annually unless canceled by you or us as per the terms. The membership fee will be charged on the renewal date.

Annual Plan. Membership is available annually. Taxes are charged annually on the renewal date. Members credit course credits and additional benefits upon initiation and renewal of membership.

Course Access. Courses accessed with Grow credits are heavily discounted and available as long as the membership is active and all payments are made.

Members can transfer course and audio credits while their membership is active. Credits awarded as part of the Grow membership do not expire and can be redeemed while the membership is active.

Membership Credit Increase

Membership grants the user 12 course credits and 12 audio course credits. Codes to redeem these credits will be issued upon successful order completion.

Skedulle Grow members receive credit codes to access Skedulle Academy courses. If you try to access more courses than the number of available credits, the regular course price will be charged. This will be informed during checkout. Additional courses purchased with membership will be $25 off.

Membership Prices
Prices may change at any time. Existing membership prices will not change until the renewal date.

Renovation
Membership plans automatically renew annually. If payment renews, membership access and benefits will be immediately removed. Membership can be restored after the issue is resolved.

Membership Cancellation
You have 14 days to cancel your membership for a full refund as long as you have not redeemed credits or benefits associated with the membership. After using these features, refund will be deducted. Cancellations can be made by contacting us.

After 14 days, you can cancel your membership at any time, but you will not receive a refund.

Membership Changes or Termination

We reserve the right to modify membership and to suspend or terminate it, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you. If we exercise this right, partial or full refunds may be offered to Skedulle Academy categories if you are a member.

General Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Revisions will be effective immediately upon publication. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you via banner on the website, email or other means. Your continued use of the Services after such amendments accessible constitutes the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain valid. Failure to take immediate action if you fail to comply with these Terms does not mean that we have waived any rights (for example, the right to future remedies).
